Salary*This position is for someone who has an excellent phone voice, is confident and comfortable with making outbound calls.
*Able to make 100 plus cold calls per day (B2B), business leads provided.
*Schedule appointments with potential commercial customers, offering our janitorial services.
*Experience in ACT software to manage a database of 5000 potential clients by keeping each record updated after each call.
*Experience with Outlook, sending and receiving emails.
*Continue to qualify new business and add to database.
*Meet and exceed goals
*Ability to work well independently.
*Be self motivated with a positive attitude.
