Fitness Sales Closer & Appointment Setter

Job Title: Enrollment Coach & Appointment Setter/Closer

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Enrollment Coaches & Appointment Setters/Closers. As an enrollment coach and Appointment setter/closer, you will be responsible for guiding potential clients through the enrollment process and booking appointments for online coaching, ultimately closing deals. This role starts at $80,000 and can earn upwards of $300,000 per year with no cap on potential earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold outreach via social media platforms and other channels to generate leads.
• Guide potential clients through the enrollment process and educate them about our online coaching services.
• Schedule appointments for consultations
• Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and onboard new clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
