Key Responsibilities:
Organization & Scheduling:
- Methodically arrange daily tasks, ensuring the timely execution of all call duties.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews or calls for candidates in partnership with the relevant hiring teams.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and interviewing phases.
Administrative Support:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure job listings are current and representative of our ongoing needs.
- Assist in the development and refining of job descriptions when required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment or a similar role is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with standard office software
- Proactive nature, with the ability to function both independently and within a team.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
