Appointment Setter
Responsibilities:
- Engage in face-to-face and cold calling to establish rapport with potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Utilize telemarketing strategies to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Negotiate with potential customers to secure appointments
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage in warm calling to build relationships with potential customers
- Exceptional customer service skills to address inquiries and concerns
- Strong negotiation skills to secure appointments with potential customers
