Job description: Insurance Specialist (verification/authorizations), Outbound Appointment Setter, Document Management with medical office or customer service skills. Medical office experience preferred but not required.

Our expectations of the successful candidate are:
- Obtaining insurance authorizations, benefits and pre-certification using online and telephone systems.
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Answering patient phone calls
- Calling referred patients to schedule
- Calling established patients to schedule testing
- Document management
This position requires 4 weeks of in-person training after which time the candidate will be able to work either remotely or a hybrid of in-person and remote.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
