Inside Sales Representative/ Appointment Setter

Now Hiring for Inside Sales! Contract to hire and Hybrid!
Candidates must be able to work either 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 12:00 PM- 9:00 PM Monday through Friday and must be available for a weekend day. Saturdays are 8-5 or 10-7, and Sundays are 12-5.

Pay is $19/hour through the contract period, then changes to $14.50/hour + Commission once permanent

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:

• Qualifies inbound and outbound inquiries and converts them to in-home sales appointments for field sales representatives.
• Uses CRM and mapping technology to effectively schedule in-home appointments nationwide that are well coordinated for homeowners and field sales representatives
• Uses cloud-based systems to update consumer records with lead dispositions, notes, advertising source, etc. and to interact with an automated phone system.
• Maintain a sales mentality; be able to patiently overcome objections
• Completes various periodic and recurrent career development and skills training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Available to work hybrid.
• Minimum 1 year Inside Sales experience in call center setting
• Home improvement call center Inside Sales experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Windows based applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An understanding of call center fundamentals
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to empathize with customers
