Apple Team IT Support Technician/Engineer

What you will be doing:
You will be the interface between masterswitch IT and our client base, working as part of a highly-focused team, delivering technology solutions and support in diverse environments, and making recommendations across a broad area of information technology. You will also be contributing to ongoing efforts to streamline internal processes and methods of client service delivery. All employees are responsible for masterswitch IT information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of masterswitch IT’s information assets in accordance with the company’s information security program.
This position requires onsite availability dictated by the client needs.
You will be responsible for:
-Designing, implementing, and maintaining client infrastructure and responding to support requests remotely and on-site at a client location, when necessary
-Helping build secure infrastructure that meets client industry requirements
-Investigating and addressing client requests and issues through to full resolution
-Facilitating customer communication, education, and satisfaction
-Managing disparate infrastructure across a broad range of industries
-Helping cross-discipline co-workers when asked and taking the initiative to reach out to co-workers when you feel you have something to contribute
-Staying current on the latest and greatest technologies
Skills and requirements
How you got here isn’t as important as what you know and how you share that knowledge. But you will need the following to succeed:
· Strong understanding of the Apple/Mac platform and configuration best-practices; cross-platform and network protocols knowledge are a plus.
· Addigy certification a plus.
· Proven record of offering consistent superior levels of customer service
· Solid understanding of Mac based software and computer hardware
· Excellent software troubleshooting skills.
· A warm personality, working well with co-workers, and being patient with customers
· 2-4 years college degree preferably in a technical field or relevant work experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent documentation skills
