As a member of the IT Support team you will be providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. You will also respond to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solutions. This position will collaborate with front and back-end developers, front-end designers, database analysts, project managers and other employees.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support (both in person and over the phone) for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- User onboarding / offboarding set-up
- Security user, group, permissions management
- Write training manuals and train computer users
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem
- Walk customers through problem-solving process
- Install, modify, clean and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems and follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
- Install computer peripherals for users
- Gain feedback from customers about computer usage
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
Job Requirements
Excellent communication, professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in the role of IT Support Specialist. Knowledge of the game of golf and golf equipment is highly desired.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related educational background
- 2 years or more experience in IT Support
- Must work onsite at our Support Office in Eden Prairie
- Travel to store locations as needed
