IT Support Technician (Tier 1) - Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul

The IT Support Technician will be home-office based with travel to various Twin Cities properties. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for preventative maintenance of hotel equipment, troubleshooting with brand systems, and end-user support through TPI’s help desk software.
