Position Overview
The Role
- Work collaboratively with sales team to drive sales with both new and existing customers.
- Drive to achieve results
- Review with goals and Targets with General Manager monthly
- Coordinate and organize weekly sales meetings with all sales staff
- Recruit, hire, train and oversee your team of salespeople
Requirements
- Extensive experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Intimate knowledge of the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive attitude
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi task
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable drivers abstract
- Other duties as assigned.
