The Analyst, Contract Compliance is responsible for contract performance management for CSS U.S. customer-facing teams. This individual will facilitate and support the Acclarent business activities to ensure compliance to contract commitments, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Government (GCC) and other requirements relating to pricing and Contract Compliance. S/he will assist in contract administration and handle pricing requests, support pricing initiatives, promotions, CPC governance, rebates programs and data management including system data integrity. S/he will work closely with the Offer Development Contracts team, Corporate Accounts and commercial leaders in the development and implementation of Contract Compliance policies, procedures and processes. This position will work closely with the Contracts Manager, Contracts, Pricing and Compliance Department, Corporate Accounts and commercial leaders in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, generate and provide periodic (at least monthly) contract performance report and dashboard to US Field Sales organizations. Connect with field sales to actively manage customer pricing and capital agreement commitments to ensure Contract Compliance.
- Administrative Fee and Rebate processing to include but not limited to GPO, IDN and site-specific contracts.
- Provides training as needed with respect to contract & pricing compliance and processes.
- Ensures all requirements related to SAM (System for Award Management) are met.
- Reviews contract requests and develop offers that meet customer needs and align with commercial strategy. Prepares contracts, amendments, and notices according to contracting guidelines.
- Reviews and prepares weekly CPC submission form requests (including, but not limited to assisting in drafting the CPC request, requesting additional information from marketing or the field sales organization, or tech services upon request)
- Supports product and marketing program launches, providing subject matter expertise in the area of contract management and execution.
- Collaborate with various business partners in automation of compliance reports but not limited to compliance dashboards within different platforms.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
- A minimum of a BS/BA degree is required.
- A concentration in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years of business experience is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year contracting, sales marketing, compliance or commercial operations is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to self-manage in a complex / time critical environment is required.
- Prior experience working with customer and field sales facing teams is preferred.
- Knowledge of Sales Force is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Toolset including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong communication skills (presentations, listening, written skills) are required.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales / customer focused environment is required.
- Aim to understand business products and offerings, strategies and business objectives is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction is required.
- Ability to work in a team environment is required.
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines is required.
- Ability to present detail data in a clear and concise manner is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiating skills is highly preferred.
- This position is located in Irvine, CA and requires up to 5% travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 to $97,750.
