At iD Tech, we take risks with innovation and technology but not with our students. The Compliance & Contract Management Services Department is looking for a part-time, temporaryCompliance & Contract Assistant to help process health forms, create rosters for our in-person programs and perform other duties as needed by the Department. In this role, you will review forms to ensure they meet requirements, handle the consolidation and production of paperwork, and synthesize data to produce reports to fulfill department needs.
This position requires strong attention to detail, good written communication skills, and the ability to engage with staff and clients when needed. The Compliance & Contract Assistant position is fully remote and is part-time working 20 hours per week.
The Responsibilities
- Process incoming student and staff health forms
- Review student and staff health forms for completeness against differing health and immunization requirements in several states
- Update internal systems to reflect current status of student and staff health forms for access by internal departments and clients
- Communicate in writing and by phone with clients and staff whose forms are incomplete to obtain missing information
- Collaborate with the Client Services department to answer general questions regarding student health forms
- Produce and manage electronic files containing staff and student paperwork
- Update staff tracking logs regularly.
- Collect and synthesize data to produce reports as required to meet deadlines and requirements;
- Create, track and provide rosters and other location required documents and reports;
- Perform administrative functions such as assembling and maintaining required records of activities and actions;
- Prepare and track a variety of correspondence, and documents in accordance with prescribed procedures and under minimal supervision
- Other administrative duties, as may be assigned.
You have
- 1-year minimum experience in an administrative function, preferably in a business, healthcare or government environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

The pay range for this position is $16-20 per hour, depending on experience and geographical location. This position is eligible for 401(k) once eligibility requirements are met and other benefits as required by state or local law.
