COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $104,000 to $145,600 Annually

POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
KKCS seeks an experienced compliance specialist or compliance program manager for an exciting full-time Senior Contract Compliance Officer opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Contract Compliance Officer supports Contract Compliance activities involving Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) workforce requirements. This position works from the contracting office in Los Angeles.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors contracts for DBE/SBE, and EEO workforce provisions.
- Develops small business program participation goals for contracts to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepares prime contractor’s non-compliance determinations and issues corrective actions to effect compliance.
- Assesses prime contractor’s final compliance with small business requirements and conducts contract closeouts.
When duties and responsibilities change and develop, the job description will be reviewed and subject to changes of business necessity.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of journey-level experience performing Contract Compliance work
- Valid California Class C Driver License
