- Maintain and optimize product catalog ensuring accurate product information, images, and pricing while regularly conducting audits of the account to ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and best practices.
- Support the go-to-market strategy of new products with strong project management skills to execute and achieve key milestones.
- Prevent stockouts and overstock through effective inventory management and forecast planning while implementing strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce associated storage costs.
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teammates in category management and supply chain to optimize in-stock and fill rate goals.
- Generate frequent report on key performance metrics to analyze sales trends and customer behaviors and provide actionable for continuous improvement and new business opportunities.
- Utilize marketplace analytical tools to track product performance and competitive analysis by identifying market trends, pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop messaging and brand assets compliant with Amazon guidelines to support SEO and paid media strategies.
- Leverage strong business acumen to exectue smartly, supporting all decisions with finanaical and quantitiatve analysis.
- Constantly think outside the box and be solution oriented for the continuous improvement of customer value and business goals achievement of top and bottom.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years of Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Vendor Central / ecommerce experience required
- 2+ years in merchandising and/or demand planning is required
- Deep understanding of open-to-buy, inventory, and business planning
- Knowledge of eCommerce best practices with strong merchandising point of view
- Passionate about health & wellness; and always up to date on the newest product trends
- Unrivaled verbal and written communication skills, an excellent cross-functional collaborator and motivator

The typical starting pay range for this position is between $59,500 - $83,875 annually, although wages can very based on experience and geography.
