About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving our online sales growth on Amazon. The ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including expertise in ads, product listings, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), and shipping logistics. This position requires a strategic thinker who can not only manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon account but also develop innovative strategies to increase sales and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Ads Management: Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon (including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP) to increase product visibility and sales while maintaining a healthy ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale).
- Product Listings Optimization: Continuously optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and high-quality images to improve organic rankings and conversion rates.
- FBA Management: Oversee all aspects of the FBA process, including inventory planning, shipment creation, and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions for inventory replenishment and customer orders.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze performance data to understand the effectiveness of strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Market Research: Stay updated with Amazon's ever-evolving platform, policies, and best practices, as well as industry trends, to identify new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence and an exceptional customer experience on Amazon.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing an Amazon Seller or Vendor account.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in Amazon product listings.
- Experience in managing logistics and supply chain operations, particularly in the context of Amazon FBA.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
