The Position
Arevon is recruiting for the position of Accounts Receivables Analyst, an outstanding opportunity for individuals seeking an exciting, high-growth work environment in one of the most important industries for the 21st century.
Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be a part of the Arevon Accounting Team and will report directly to the Director, Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities
* Create and disseminate invoices from asset performance data from Power Factors.
* Maintain detailed and organized record-keeping of all transactions and communications with customers.
* Track and manage outstanding customer invoices, communicate with customers, and send reminders for payment.
* Resolve any invoice disputes, perform cash application, and review AR aging reports.
* Invoicing all the projects for our accounting services.
* Process intercompany invoices with various Arevon entities and Arevon Energy Inc.
* Reach out to customers at each aging threshold (i.e., 30, 60, 90, and 120 days) to facilitate collections.
* Provide aging reports to management teams.
* Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
* Associates/Bachelor's/degree in Accounting or Finance Business Analytics.
* 2 years' experience in renewable energy or 4 years' experience in a similar industry.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers and vendors.
* Ability to comprehend mass sets of data.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies.
