The firm is currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk for its Tucson office. This position will serve as a resource to the accounting department and perform a wide range of tasks.
Examples of duties are:
- Process accounts payable.
- Post all checks received from tenants. Review bank accounts daily to ensure all tenant payments via ACH or wire are posted timely to tenant ledgers.
- Prepare late fee reports and coordinate with asset managers.
- Run monthly tenant billing statements.
- Preparation and/or review of bank reconciliations.
- Import monthly financials and budgets to accounting system.
Requirements:
- Accounting experience
- Working knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to multi-task and self-review
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
