SalaryWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable functions and various other functions. This position requires a dedicated individual with extreme attention to detail.
Shift:
- Monday - Friday
- 8 hour shifts, with overtime as needed
- Starting at 8:00am
Responsibilities:
- Complete shipping reports
- Ensure invoices are sent to customers
- Manage bank accounts and update cash sheets accordingly
- Reconcile cash sheet for each bank account at month end
- Complete month end process
- Review aged invoice regularly for late invoices
- Communicating with customers on overdue/late payments, etc.
- Investigating late/short payments (Be willing to work with other employees in this regard)
- Trips to bank to cash checks
Qualifications:
- Accounting experience required
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
