Join our client's team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Accounts Receivables system.

Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in maintaining up-to-date and current records.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $19.00/hourly

Job Duties:

• Process miscellaneous check payments, including Will Calls, DWS, and Warehouse transactions.

• Enter Fintech invoices in EDI for timely payment processing.

• Assist with Driver Check-In Route processing, including verifying proof of delivery, applying payments, and resolving discrepancies.

• Provide backup support for various tasks during coworker vacations, including posting check payments, handling Military EFT Payments, and managing Will Calls.

• Undertake additional duties and special projects as required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Job stability demonstrated on resume *REQUIRED*.

• 2-3 years of experience in payment application or other Accounts Receivable roles *REQUIRED*.

• At least 1 year of experience in payment application.

• Proficient in basic math skills.

• General understanding of debits & credits.

• Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Proficient in Ten Key with speed and accuracy.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
