Accounts Receivable Clerk

Position: Part Time

Days: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities

Perform daily duties of :

• Fulfilling customer or vendor requests for updated invoices, billing, statements etc.
• Account reconciliation
• Keying in vendor invoices into quickbooks system- A/P
• Keying in customer billing into quickbooks system- A/R
• Keying in payments received- A/R
• Weekly deposits of payments received
• Process A/P summaries for authorization
• Managing ADP Account for Payroll
• Process payroll weekly and biweekly
• Enter in new employees into ADP System
• Create new employee file folders

Basic Admin duties of:

• Answering the phone
• Filing
• Printing/ Scanning and copies
• Creating Job and/or employee folders
• Email correspondence

Required Experience / Skills:

• Customer Service Friendly
• Coordinating and scheduling
• 2+ years of Administrative Experience
• 2+ years of Customer Service Experience
• Able to type 60+ words a minute
• Proficient in All Microsoft application (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to create labels and spread sheets
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Systems and Apps (PDF, Editing, Signing, Creating)
• Proficient with cloud based systems ie: onedrive or similar.
• Quickbooks Required
• Bilingual Preferred

Education:

HS Diploma

Associates Degree (Business management or related field)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
