SalaryWe are looking for a well rounded person to handle our Accounts Receivable and to assist our billing supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Generate bills and invoices specific to customer accounts
- Collect on COD accounts
- Manage lien waivers
- Collect and reconcile large accounts (manage short pays, chargebacks, etc)
- Deliver invoices and statements to clients via digital and traditional mail services
- Process all payments using various pay services
- Data entry
- Assist with reschedules
- Other duties may be assigned from the accounting department
Qualifications for Billing Specialist
- Quickbooks experience
- 2+ years in a billing department role
- Understanding of accounting
- An extreme attention to detail
- Ability to be productive without oversight
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Robust written and communication skill set
- Basic understanding of office software and machinery
- Construction background preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
