Administrator In Training (Ait)

We are looking for someone that is looking to grow with a company as AIT Administrator In Training we are looking for someone that wants to be an Administrator. If selected to be an AIT we are looking for someone in the following areas

Oxnard, CA

Ventura, CA

Santa Barbara, CA

Santa Maria, CA

Bachelor's Degree is required. Administrators experience preferably.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff members in a senior care facility
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Oversee medication administration and ensure proper protocols are followed
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, in collaboration with nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Manage budgeting and financial aspects of the facility
- Coordinate and oversee memory care programs for residents with cognitive impairments
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in senior care or assisted living settings
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulations
- Familiarity with care planning processes and documentation requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Understanding of memory care principles and practices

Note: A nursing background is preferred but not required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
