Position Objective – HR Coordinator: The primary role of the HR Coordinator will be to undertake a wide range of HR administrative tasks. This role will be a key connection between the employee and the company. This job will take superior organizational skills.
Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:
Hiring & Recruitment:
- • Posts jobs and recruits employees on job posting sites.
- • Makes phone screen calls and sets up interviews.
- • Processes all paperwork associated with the interview and hiring process, ensuring compliance.
- • Processes all paperwork and welcome information for new hires. Benefits/Wellness:
- • Serve as representative and main point of contact for all benefit and wellness related questions.
- • Respond to and manage workers' compensation cases and maintain an updated provider contact list.
- • Manage aspects of benefits administration including day-to-day administration and open enrollment.
- • Travel to various locations to conduct annual open enrollment educational meetings.
- • Partner with benefits and wellness vendors.
General:
- • Order employee shirts.
- • Supports training efforts and initiatives.
- • Visits various locations to communicate directly with team members and be certain they have a “face to the name” when it comes to HR.
- • Assist in administrative tasks.
- • Assist in record keeping.
- • Other duties as assigned.
- While some exceptions may apply, this will typically be a 40-hour/week job and will typically be Monday-Friday.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
