Human Resources(HR) revolves around managing and supporting an organization's most valuable asset: its people. The HR department is divided into 7 divisions: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Workforce Planning & Development, Compensation, Employee Relations, Employee Benefits & Wellbeing, Employment Services, and Employee Engagement. Ultimately, the HR department's mission is to contribute to the overall success of the organization by optimizing the performance, well-being, and development of its employees.
The Administrative Specialist will support the Human Resources department as the first point of greeting and directing visitors, as well as answering the phones on behalf of all divisions. The Specialist plans, organizes and schedules appointments and meetings for management, and attend meetings to take minutes and documents follow-up actions as requested. The HR Administrative Specialist's role is critical in maintaining HR operations and providing essential support to both HR professionals and employees throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Skills
  • High school graduate/equivalent.
  • 2 or more years of administrative experience supporting mid-level management.
  • Valid driver's license with valid Florida driver's license within 30 days of hire may be required.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
