We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, friendly, service focused individual. The position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and provides support for our payroll service team.
Job Duties:
Welcome visitors (including clients) in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages
Provide general administrative support to various departments
Offer general administrative assistance including data entry, document scanning and ensuring the secure storage of documents
Gather, verify and match timesheets with reported hours
Aid in upload of timesheet into payroll software
Promptly email invoice, along with timecards to customers
Collaborate with the team to address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative, receptionist or Payroll Support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn new software as needed as well as internet savviness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
