Administrative Assistant/Medical Receptionist

Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant/Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner.

Scheduling and managing appointments for mental health professionals if needed.

Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy if needed.

Maintaining and organizing patient records and administrative documents.

Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure the facility's daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative roles or medical reception is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in office software and systems.

Knowledge of mental health practices and sensitivity to patient needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
