We are seeking an organized and detail oriented individual to join our firm as a receptionist and administrative assistant. The successful individual will have a pleasant personality and will be required to dress in a professional manner. This individual will be working at the front desk in an office environment. They will have responsibilities in answering phones and directing calls. They will be responsible for greeting clients in person and providing hospitality when they come to the office. General office duties of handling incoming and outgoing mail, light office cleaning, shredding documents, scanning and filing of documents in our electronic filing system, implementation of our marketing programs, ordering office supplies, and handling logistics for meetings will be required. The successful candidate will have basic computer skills and a working knowledge of office equipment (phone system, copiers, etc.). Computer skills will require learning the Client Relationship Management program that the firm uses, in addition to having a working knowledge of Excel and Word programs. The successful candidate will be required to submit references, pass a background check and submit fingerprints to our Broker-dealer.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
