What We Need YOU To Do:
The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency wants you to be our newest Administrative Professional in the Division of Materials and Waste Management (DMWM), working at our Northeast Office in Summit County.
Here’s the day-to-day.
As an Ohio EPA Administrative Professional, you will work with a team in DMWM to help track and review documents and reports from waste management facilities, assisting management with program direction. You will prepare monthly reports and other administrative documents, assist in developing new procedures, and serve as a liaison between management and technical staff. You will be performing public relations duties, researching, and responding to inquiries and complaints of non-technical nature. You will coordinate file reviews and ensure the maintenance of file systems and technical materials.
You will represent division management at meetings to report on work commitments, equipment and supply purchases, and other administrative information. You will maintain equipment and supply inventories, ordering equipment and supplies, monitoring the budget, and preparing training and travel requests as requested. Additionally, you will use computerized data management systems to monitor inventories and expenditures, as well as assist in the processing of fees and performing special assignments and projects as needed.

- Perform other duties as required (i.e., schedules meetings and appointments, distributes mail, and assists with word processing, downloading data, filing, copying, mailing, etc.)
