```Job Summary``` We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee the daily operations of our building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, office management, and supervising personnel. . As an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing support to our team. ```Responsibilities``` - Manage and coordinate administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping - Oversee office operations and ensure efficiency and productivity - Develop and implement office policies and procedures - Coordinate vendor relationships and manage contracts - Provide training and development opportunities for staff - Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment - Handle confidential information with discretion - Assist with budget planning and expense tracking - Serve as a point of contact for owners and renters. Coordinate all board of director meetings and properly dispatch all board decisions. ```Experience``` - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a medical office setting - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation - Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems - Familiarity with phone etiquette and front desk operations - Ability to develop and deliver training program to support staff.
