Job Description/Key Responsibilities:
The AllPro Administrator is a seasonal role at the Saratoga Race Course running from April until the beginning of September. The Administrator would be responsible for administrative tasks. These tasks would include; answering and directing phone calls, entering daily labor hours, signing in employees and ensuring accurate record keeping, fielding and answering questions, recruiting applicants, conducting interviews and hiring of new employees, assisting in scheduling, and maintaining time sheets for employees. The Administrator would collect and securely process all new employee documentation and ensure all paperwork is fully completed. They would maintain computer and manual filing systems. They would review training programs and safety training programs with new employees. Adequate hiring, staffing and training of approximately 150 to 200 employees over the course of the season is key to accomplish the task for the 40-day meet as well as the 4-day Belmont Stakes Festival, along with the pre and post clean. This is a fast-paced job that requires attention to detail and the ability to track and coordinate many tasks and projects simultaneously while tracking labor hours.
In addition to attention to detail, the ideal candidate should be assertive and take ownership of their role and responsibilities. They should be able to delegate tasks to employees when necessary.
The daily hours for this position during the racing meet would be Wednesday through Sunday from approximately 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Additional hours may also be available throughout the season.
The Administrator must be knowledgeable of all the on-site services we provide and can explain them to our valued employees. A safe working environment for all is essential.
The Administrator will record all employee hours through the company software platform. They will work with the manager, supervisors, crew leads, and employees.
They would provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, applicants, employees, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time: Wednesday – Sunday during the racing season (June 6th – 9th and July 11th – September 2nd) 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Monday – Friday for the pre-clean starting in April, and the post clean through early-September – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
This is a season position that would end in early September 2024.
