Job Description

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, your role involves overseeing and enhancing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads. You'll prioritize driving traffic, boosting conversions, and maximizing revenue for our eCommerce business. Collaborating closely with the eCommerce and Marketing teams, your efforts will align with achieving our business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms

  • Monitor and analyze eCommerce KPIs and metrics

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative optimization

  • Monitor campaign budgets, metrics, and KPIs for improvement opportunities

  • Utilize UX/UI knowledge to enhance landing page conversion rates

  • Proficient in technical writing for ads and landing pages

  • Understand paid search best practices and conduct A/B testing

  • Familiarity with GA4, report creation, and troubleshooting

  • Experience with Merchant Center, feed generation, and product listing optimization

  • Provide regular reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations

  • Assist in planning and executing DTC campaigns, including new launches

  • Collaborate with eCommerce & Marketing Team on projects

  • Perform any other assigned job-related tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns for eCommerce businesses, preferably in manufacturing, recreation and entertainment industries

  • In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and management

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics is a plus

  • Google Ads and/or other relevant certifications are desirable

  • Assist when needed in building out relevate content on our Shopify+ sites

  • The ability to create and manipulate Looker Studio reports and dashboards
