Administrative Clerk

Lou Sobh Volkswagen of Athens is hiring! We are looking for a motivated individual to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our offices.

Duties and Responsibilities include: (but are not limited to)

• Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
• Managing multiple pay types including receiving and counting money, distributing funds, preparing deposits and handling safe with consideration to security and loss prevention
• Show ability to adapt new tasks and skill sets when required
• Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
• Research and resolve discrepancies and issues
• Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
• Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Show the ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail
• Must have good attendance and adhere to timelines and schedules
• Understand deadlines and apply appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
