Administrative Clerk/Customer Service

Great opportunity-Entry Level!

A well-established Drywall Company in the Norcross area is hiring an entry level admin/customer service representative ASAP!  A great opportunity to come in and be trained from the ground up. 

Looking for Candidates with the following:

·         At least 1 year working in an administrative or customer service area

·         GREAT computer skills including Data Entry, MS outlook, MS Excel

·         Reliable transportation

·         Someone willing to come in and learn the business and grow with the company

Candidates will be responsible for the following duties:

·         Answer phones from Builders and Homeowners

·         Maintain schedules for the workers using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Builder online systems

·         Data entry of information from Builder files to Microsoft Outlook Calendar

·         Communicate with internal project managers by email and phone

·         Learn the process of Drywall from all stages

·         File

·         Other duties to assist other departments within the company

Hours:  M-F 8am-4pm

Pay: $16-19/hr paid bi weekly
