Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, dispatching technicians.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance.
- Assist with project coordination by organizing and maintaining project files, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing documents, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
-Knowledge of irrigation industry.
- Experience with Service Titan.
