As a Conserva Office Administrator and Customer Support Expert you are a self-starter with outstanding organizational skills who has experience with office management and the MicroSoft suite of products.
You will be primarily responsible for the general operation of our office with duties including greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, working in our CRM enterprise software to schedule customers, invoicing, commencing the initial sales process with our proven sales training, purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory, and supervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivity.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answer daily calls, emails, messages
- Schedule calls according to level of criticality
- Assist in ensuring all operations run smoothly
- Assist with implementing marketing plan
- Conduct internet research for special projects
- Excel within deadline-intensive environment, ensuring the accurate and on-time completion of daily duties
- Run reports using various databases and tools
- Create and implement fun activities, employee recognition programs and other initiatives to keep morale high
- Support growth of company in as many ways as possible and build your own career path from within
This position is best suited from someone who pays close attention to details, self-motivated, is well-organized and who can tolerate challenging conversations on occasion.
During the off-season, the hours are not full-time, so if you like a little R&R before the busy season starts early Spring, this is the job for you!
