Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

1st Care of New Mexico LLC is a Albuquerque, NM-based company that provides quality, professional services to our customers. We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office files. This position will also assist with general office support tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to safely drive within the physical environment, roads and conditions of the work.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position with benefits available after 90 days. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm. We are located in Albuquerque, NM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
