A forensic engineering firm in Seattle is looking for temporary Administrative Assistant to provide complex administrative and project support for approximately 12-16 weeks!
The Administrative Assistant supports the team in managing calendars, client communication, pre-billing and other complex administrative tasks. This is a full time, temporary role.
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Assist with pre-billing and ensure all billable hours are tracked
- Calendar management, including tracking of project deadlines
- Managing both client and internal communication, acting as a liaison between clients and engineers
- Ensure accurate transfer of project data to the CRM
- Reception duties
You will be successful in this role if you have a strong attention to detail and a high level of organization!
Pay: $26-30/hr - get paid weekly!
Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Administrative Assistant II Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years complex administrative/project coordination experience
- Advanced computer proficiency and word processing skill
- Experience working in a professional services environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience assisting with pre-billing
