Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Umbreit, Wileczek & Associates, PC, is a CPA firm located in Kennett Square that has been providing exceptional tax, accounting, and auditing services to clients for over 40 years. We are looking for a qualified administrative assistant to join our growing team. The right person is organized, reliable, has a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new programs and skills. This is a full-time in person position that offers plenty of opportunity for overtime during tax season.

Required skills:

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task and successfully meet deadlines

· Proficiency in Microsoft office

Job Responsibilities:

· Answer phone calls and transfer calls to the correct staff

· Schedule meetings and maintain the office calendar

· Communicate clearly with clients regarding status of tax returns, and maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and in person

· Maintain an accurate database of client information

· Manage accounts receivable by creating invoices and statements, and correctly applying customer payments when received

· process accounts payable by paying all bills in a timely manner

· Organize client documents and maintain client confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
