Recovery Unplugged, a substance abuse treatment facility, and we are seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant for our newest location in Charleston, South Carolina set to open on March 1, 2024. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining diplomacy and attention to detail, as well as protecting client confidentiality.
Job duties:
- Answers phones, greets visitors and new clients, and effectively navigates employees and others who need any type of assistance when calling or coming to the facility
- Performs data entry and scans documents
- Keeps front lobby clean and organized
- Helps coordinate with medical and nursing staff to make outside appointments for clients
- Assists with calling patients to meet with the doctors and/or nurse practitioners
- Completes onboarding process for new hires at Lake Worth facility
- Familiar with State Agency requirements
- Make sure employees are in compliance with state agency requirements
- Scan employee documents into Paylocity and OneDrive
- Audit personnel files to make sure they are within compliance
- Assists the Human Resources department
- Other duties assigned by Executive Director and HR Manager
Job requirements:
- Ability to work as a team member and has good time management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is necessary. Past work experience in an office or administrative setting. High School Diploma is required.
- KIPU experience is preferred
- Knowledge of addiction and recovery field is an asset.

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
