- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the organization
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ordering as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with organizing meetings and events, including preparing materials and arranging catering
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment
- Renew Professional Licenses once a year
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
