Caring Heart Training Center, LLC is a healthcare training school in Nacogdoches, TX. We are growing and we need your help. We offer multiple classes that get you ready for the healthcare working field.
We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and visitors to Caring Heart Training Center, LLC by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance. Candidates should be professional, and attentive. Administrative assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. This is a part time position. The assistant will work Monday to Friday 8:30 am- 3:00 pm
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Handling office tasks such as filing
- Greet and assist visitors and prospective students
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, and e-mail
- Maintain office and school supplies by checking inventory
- Have a reliable vehicle to run errands
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Grade online assignments
- Create class schedules
- Assume other Administrative Assistant duties when needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Great organization skills
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Administrative Duties:
- Running errands
- Stocking supplies
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Managing social media
- Greeting visitors
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
