Are you looking be part of a dynamic team in the heart of coastal Carolina's restoration industry? We are a licensed General Contractor specializing in indoor environmental services, focusing on water, fire, and mold property damage. Our expertise extends to handling large loss insurance claims and managing custom remodel projects within a 2-hour radius in eastern North Carolina.
At our core, we're a 24/7/365 operation dedicated to poviding top-notch service to our clients. While our typical business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, we understand the nature of our work may require flexibility, especially during large-scale natural disasters.
We're currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO, management team, and field operations. Your responsibilites will include coordinating jobs, managing logistics, documenting projects, and facilitating communication with various stakeholders including customers, adjusters, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO and management team with job coordination, logistics, and documentation
- Handle front desk duties, answer phones, and provide support to walk-in customers
- Support estimators with research and data entry tasks
- Manage CRM files, hard copy customer files, and digital data
- Facilitate communication internally and externally
- Assist with basic QuickBooks tasks such as bill posting and payment tracking
- Learn and grow within the company by cross-traning to handle various tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with administrative tasks such as typing, Outlook email, spreadsheets, and phone systems
- Accounting, insurance, construction, or dispatch experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Availability for phone rotation during the week after initial training period
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 anually
- Paid time off starting at 40 hours after 12 months of employment
