As a Project Coordinator Intern, a typical day might include the following:
- Providing administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating project execution deliverable, generating meeting minutes, preparing presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists.
- Providing support to project teams including maintaining project files, creating and maintaining reports.
- Coordinating activities to meet project objectives.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets, and summary spreadsheets.
- Managing simultaneous, small projects as assigned.
- Providing support for large projects.
- Following and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
- Understanding. Creating. Simplifying.
- Other duties as assigned.
This job might be for you if:
- You are a current student pursing a degree in Business or relevant discipline.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- You are able to learn and communicate technical information.
- You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
- You have excellent coordination, organization, and prioritizing skills.
- You are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- You are able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- You are able to work independently and take initiative.
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL

Location Information
This position is located in Lutz, FL. Just a 30-minute drive to Tampa, where you will enjoy a vibrant downtown and beautiful waterfront views. Tampa is rich in history and home to Ybor City, one of two National Historic Landmark districts in Florida. Enjoy easy access to beaches, outdoor recreation, and native wildlife. Pay Range Data
($16.30 - $17.50 per hour)* Our intern pay is determined based on the internship role (the work you would be doing) and your year in school (when you plan to graduate). Talk to your recruiter if you are curious about the rate for your year in school.
