Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in maintaining records, filing systems and I-9 Forms.
- Assembles and compiles basic data according to specific instructions.
- Receives, sorts and distributes incoming materials.
- Delivers and picks up interoffice mail across campus.
- Assists with Human Resources Office projects as directed.
- Operates office equipment such as personal computers, calculators, facsimile machines, and photocopiers.
- Provides backup support to front desk and others as directed
- Research and compiles data collection as directed, types reports and compiles benefits and employment packages.
- Prepares, reviews, and verifies documents for completeness, accuracy, timeliness and compliance with procedures.
- Agrees to accept other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the position.
Minimum Qualifications
These are the job duties for required of the position
Education
Required to have a minimum of an associate degree with experience in business and office/clerical work.
Experience
Must have a minimum of three (3) years of full-time administrative work experience.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Must have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and various computer programs as needed.
