The Administrative Assistant will be involved in the daily operations of the office, specifically working with the Owner and other Company Leaders. They’ll assist teams by completing data entry, running reports, monitoring project progression, and handling various administrative needs. They’ll work with the management and warehouse teams to maintain accurate records and keep orders moving. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, personable and enthusiastic with a strong sense of motivation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Monitor inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Write up estimates for upcoming projects with accuracy
- Create invoices and labels as directed
- Proactively follow up on orders and assist where needed
- Organizes projects including timelines, resources, and budget
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Organizes daily activities and related reports for leadership
- Maintains accurate and complete records including files, spreadsheets and correspondence
- Assists with, prepares, and updates data/documentation as directed
- Provides technical and administrative support to various teams
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 1-2 years experience in an office/administrative role
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and performance-driven culture
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Proven ability to build relationships and works effectively on a team
- Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
