2 years billing experience a MUST. UPS World Ship, shipping or order processing experience a big plus.
We manufacture and market our products to restaurants and retailers all over the world. With 39 years in business, we continue to grow and need an experienced professional to join our team . This is a permanent position. Only candidates looking for a long-term opportunity need apply.
Duties include billing, processing orders ( Amazon and EDI) creating shipping labels, filing, answering phones, scanning and emailing.
You will be truly appreciated and you will never be bored. We will train willing and qualified candidates.
Friendly, business casual atmosphere. Perfect Business Hours: M-F 8:30- 5 pm. Paid Weekly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Billing
- Email confirmations and other documents as needed
- Make packing slips
- Process orders
- Answering phones
- Filing
- Amazon review and shipment processing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Excel and basic computer skills
- General Office Skills
- Clear and Energetic phone voice and Upbeat Attitude
