Administrative Assistant

Seeking admin assistant to provide front end customer service for an out patient behavioral health practice. Must have a sharpened skill set in managing and welcoming a private pay mainline clientele. HIPAA informed and compliant is another requirement. In addition to these quality characteristics, several standardized duties include:

Physical and digital filing.

Reception phone management and tracking

Maintaining an attractive office environment

Office 365 proficiency

Intermediate Intuit Quick Books online skills also a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
