Job Description
About the Role:
Administrative Professionals are required to have good communication skills and the ability to deal with customers over the phone and through email to resolve the customer’s concerns. Additionally, the administrative professionals will be required to schedule meetings, type and edit correspondence, memorandum, reports and other documents. The administrative professionals may provide assistance to contract managers and/or inspectors with regard to record keeping, processing payment requests, and preparing purchasing requisitions. This position requires MS Office proficiency, especially using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Responsibilities:
· Analyzing and interpret data as it relates to DDA Administrative Services to include Operations, Fiscal, Appeals, Legislative Services and IT
· Assisting the Program Manager with research, and compiles data at the direction of the Program Manager. Analyzes and interprets the data with the Director and other program heads within DDA
· Preparing statistical tables, charts and reports, and other spreadsheets. Reconcile vendor invoices submitted for payment
· Assisting the Program Manager with the formulation and distribution of the individual and group weekly meeting agendas and minutes
Candidate Requirements:

· Formulation and distribution of weekly meeting agendas and minutes
· Logging information in a google form or spreadsheet for tracking purposes
· Assists with collecting, filing, and tracking daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
· Research and compile data
· Assists with statistical tables, charts and reports, work-flow charts, staffing patterns and organizational charts, etc.
· Assist with the formulation and distribution of weekly meeting agendas and minutes
