Primary Care Solutions Inc is a community-based organization that provides services to adolescents and adults that suffer from severe emotional, behavioral and developmental disabilities. We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately. Must love people from diverse backgrounds and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player with an outgoing personality. Must type at least 25 wpm.

Must pass background check. Excellent pay and benefits.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Schedule meetings and manage calendars of President

· Answer phone calls and emails and take messages

· Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings

· Help with daily time management

· Run errands as requested

· Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation, provide pickups and drop offs

· Coordinate events and participate in Job Fairs

· Draft correspondence such as emails and letters

· Help Support Payroll processing

· Help with Marketing, Billing and Quality Assurance

· Manage Confidential information

· Flexible schedule

· Some possible Work from home

· Act as personal contact between clients, and staff

· Ability to multitask

· Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
