Administrative Assistant Receptionist

Aardvark Tax Advisors is looking for seasonal assistance during this upcoming tax season.  Responsibilities include:

• Answering multiple line phone calls and transferring them to another member in our office or to their voice mail.
• Greeting clients in a friendly and professional way
• Assisting clients in filling out information requests and providing other information as needed
• Working with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel computer programs to check and set client appointments and send emails
• Making copies and other general office duties
• Dealing with sensitive information in a discrete and professional way
• Taking and processing payments (check or credit card) for tax services rendered
• Pulling and filing client folders
• Dealing with a stressful work environment in a positive and professional way
• Logging in tax documents provided by clients

Position Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook & Excel
• Ability to multi task in a busy office environment
• Excellent work ethic and detail oriented
• Willingness to learn new tasks

Experience with accounting, tax, legal or other professional services preferred but not required.
